He continues to lead the company in strategic planning and overall management of the company’s daily operations. Mr. George brings over 15 years of valuable industry experience to clients with a host of management skills derived from his experience working with fortune 500 companies. Mr. George has been employed as business manager with GAC, for over 7 years he has served in management for Companies such as NCR and Boeing.

John L. GeorgeMr. Glaister Brooks serves as the Southeast Vice-President of Operations for George & Associates Contractors, Inc. Mr. Brooks has a long career in management. He was the Director for Risk Management for over 20 years with the Ft. Pierce Housing Authority. He is also a graduate of University of Cambridge and Harvard JFK School of Government.

Mr. Smith has an extensive experience in the area of AutoCAD, policies/procedures, coordinating/organizing, consulting, construction management; contract negotiating, statistics, procurement, asset management, product development, customer support, strategic planning, forecasting, estimating, risk management, and training program.

John L. GeorgeMr. Derald Turner serves as a Project Manager for George & Associates, Inc. He has been with GAC for over a year and has become a very large part of our management team. Mr. Turner has been a management professional with over 20 years experience in managing processes, products, and personnel. He is a result driven problem solver who demonstrates through a proven history of success in leading others to recognize, adopt, and attain unified goals aligned with the corporate vision. Mr. Rolin Dorsainvil serves as the Project Manager and is a Florida State Certified General Contractor. Mr. Dorsainvil is a Haiti native that has been a General Contractor for over 15 years in the state of Florida. Mr. Dorsainvil has been with the GAC, Inc. as a subcontractor and employee for over 7 years.

Mr. Amos Perry serves as Construction & Project Manager with GAC since its conception. Mr. Perry has a very strong knowledge of the construction industry and its specifications in every facet. Mr. Perry also has managed our high rises projects. He is also a certified State of Florida General Contractor.

Mr. Mike Rexford serves as the Construction & Project Manager with GAC for over 2 years. His versatility and site management experience in the construction industry for over 40 years concentrating in structural development and acting superintendent on job sites. Mr. Rexford also works with our engineers on projects that we have as a design build for clients. Mr. Rexford has host of training in construction management and carpentry.

 

John L. GeorgeMrs. Melanie George serves as the Director of Marketing. She works with GAC to increase its advertising and promotion in the industry as well as in the community. Mrs. George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in Marketing. She also holds a Master’s Degree from Webster University. She has a host of knowledge in the marketing field and continues to capture GAC as a family oriented company and promotes that environment to our clients.

John L. GeorgePortia George serves as the Director of Human Resources. She works with GAC in providing new hire orientation, compensation, training and employee relations. Under her department she also assist in counseling, termination, investigations, benefit review and the implementation of compliance with State and Federal regulations.
