George & Associates Contractors, Inc. provided dredging and excavation services for the Dressel Dairy Canal project. Timely and effective completion of the project was reliant upon our firm’s ability to mobilize quickly, deploy necessary heavy construction equipment, understand and adhere to FEMA guidelines and other environmental standards. A brief overview of the scope of services involved throughout the project includes:
- Mobilization of skilled technicians to manage project and operate equipment including 9060 Case Excavator, D6 Dozer, and one Barge
- Dredged canal from barge and bank
- Handled sediments in an environmentally sound and approved fashion
- Disposed of waste at the approved landfill
